Better than good... GREAT!
Here's a new magazine that seems designed just for CThings readers. From the company's website: "Good, a new voice in media, embraces this generation's merger of capitalism and idealism. Our mission is to stimulate the culture of good by creating dialogue around things that matter." The ambitious title covers politics, business, health, technology, science, the environment, art/design, media, and culture with an eye towards creating a better world. Subscribe to the glossy print magazine and 100% of your money goes to help the organization of your choice from a list that includes organizations like Ashoka, Teach for America, UNICEF, the World Wildlife Fund, and others. With a goal of 50,000 subscribers and $1 million dollars given away by mid 2007, the magazine is well on its way with 10,000 subscribers and $190,000 raised to date. Good Magazine is a welcome guidebook for the new global citizen.
