The first living home in Santa Monica is not only beautiful and hyper-sustainable, but it was assembled in EIGHT HOURS (they have the assembly video on site also). Features include LED lighting, solar panels, rainwater recycling, and a garbage disposal that creates "pellets" you can use for plant fertilizer.
